Can anyone tell me about 2002 GM truck drivetrain problems?

Can anyone tell me how to fix my 2002 GMC 2500HD truck drivetrain problems.Everytime i come to a stop the truck jerks.And jerks when taking off.The dealer said it was the driveshaft and replace it but it still keeps doing it.The rearend been check and is in good shape.Now the dealer thinks it might be my 4X4 transfer case but they are not for sure.This is the funny part about this,when taking the driveshaft out and putting it right back in and start driving it for a couple of hours then coming to a stop the jerking stops.But the longer you drive it and make stops at stop lights or stop signs the jerking comes back.Can anyone give me some ideals off what it could be.I refuse to pay the dealership for guessing to fix my truck.

Carrier bearing in the driveshaft? Dude get in the yellow pages and find a drive shaft place in your area. If you really think it’s in the drive train they can figure it out. You aren’t going to get it diagnosed here.
